Service Description

Up to 1 hour consultation where you can ask additional follow-up questions specific to your case. Follow-up Consultations are for applicants who have already booked an Initial Consultation within the past 12 months and have subsequent follow-up questions or their circumstances have changed. After the consultation, if you retain us within a month of your Follow-Up consultation to do your full application, we will credit/discount the Follow-Up Consultation fee off our total professional fee. Fee covers single applicant/person. You may select the couples option if you and your Spouse/Common-law partner both wish to attend the meeting and ask additional questions. EMAIL CONSULTATIONS: If you only have 1-3 specific questions that you would like to have answered without the need for a full consultation, our Follow-Up Email Consultation service is available for a reduced rate. You can send us a brief description of any change in your circumstances plus up to 3 specific questions, and we will reply to you over email within 3 business days. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to inform you to book a Follow-up Meeting, should we determine that the nature of your questions via Email Consultation requires a more thorough discussion, where we both need to ask additional questions. A Follow-up Meeting is necessary for more complex discussions, in order to ensure you receive the most accurate answers based on your circumstances. **Taxes and fees are additional. If you wish to arrange a follow-up meeting but cannot find a suitable time, please select our AFTER-HOURS Consultation service to request a booking after office hours or on weekends or public holidays. Aside from Email Consultations, all other consultations will be held via VIDEO CONFERENCE from the comfort of your home, since we assist clients locally, across Canada, plus around the globe. Requests for IN-PERSON Meetings: Should you wish to request an "In-Person" meeting, this can be arranged and will be held at the Whistler Chamber of Commerce Boardroom (subject to availability). To accommodate a request for an in-person meeting, the consultation fee will start at $475 CAD plus taxes and fees (**couples extra), to cover the cost of the boardroom rental and blocking off extra travel time on either side of the meeting, that no other client can book.
